Inviting your team to Assembled is as easy as going to Settings > Team > Add new user. Users are people who can log in and access the Assembled Platform. If preferred, you can also bulk upload your team to the platform! To bulk upload your users, select "Bulk upload users", download the CSV template, fill it out with your teams information and upload!

From there you'll be prompted to fill out the following information:

  • Role: The role determines what permissions the user will have. This is described in more detail in the Managing Permissions article

  • Associated Agent: If the User is also an Agent, the user account can be associated with an existing Agent account, or a new Agent can be created

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email address

Once the above steps are completed you can check "Send invite email", and that person will be invited to join your Assembled account. 

Note: We only bill for Agents that you’re actively scheduling in Assembled. We don’t charge you for Users in the system.
