How do I integrate?
Navigate to Settings > Integrations and find your desired platform for there. In most cases we support one-click integrations via OAuth. Once you click Connect, you'll be redirected to authorize Assembled by your platform of choice, then redirected back if it was successful.
What systems you do integrate with?
We have seamless one-click integrations with:
- Zendesk: via the App Directory
- Kustomer: via Integrations page
- Intercom: via the App Store
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- NewVoiceMedia (now Vonage)
What do you use the data for?
We pull contact records to populate metrics such as response time and to generate volume forecasts. In certain cases, we also pull agent status records to inform our real-time queue and adherence dashboards.
