Integrating with Notion

We don’t have a native integration with Notion (yet!). We do have a way to ingest Notion content on a one-off or consistent basis.

Below is a walkthrough of downloading your content and sending it to the Assembled team.

How to download content from Notion

• Navigate to the Page that includes the documents you want to send to Assembled. This Page can have Subpages.
• Click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner of the Page.

• Select… (see photo below)
  • Export format: Markdown & CSV
  • Include databases: Current view
  • Include content: Everything
  • Include subpages: ✅
  • Create folders for subpages: ✅
• Click "Export"

How to send content to Assembled

Send this downloaded file to the Assembled team via email to new-products@assembledhq.com.

We will ingest this into Cal.

Note: This integration will not auto-update. If new content is added to Notion, you’ll need to download content again and send it to Assembled.
