With translations, Assembled Assist enables your workforce to easily support your global customer base in their native language(s). Assist automatically translates cases between a customer’s native language and your workforce’s native language. Translations are enabled by default for all Assist customers.
How does it work?
- When a customer submits an issue in another language, Assembled Assist automatically detects which language the customer is using.
- Assist will perform actions (e.g. Draft a reply or Summarize interactions) in your workforce’s native language so that agents can easily review and edit replies.
- When they’re satisfied with a reply, agents can select “Translate and move to editor” to copy the translated reply into the Zendesk editor.*
* Assist can be configured to reply in the customer’s native language, your workforce’s native language, or both.
Supported languages
Translations will make best efforts to translate whichever language the customer is using. Translations will have the highest accuracy with the following languages:
- English
- Russian
- German
- Chinese
- Japanese
- French
- Spanish
- Italian
- Dutch
- Polish
- Portuguese
- Vietnamese
