The team schedule can be filtered by a number of different organizational groupings. Specifically, any combination of channel, queue, site, and team is supported. This feature allows a user to see, for example, which agents are staffed on a dedicated refunds queue, or as part of the morning shift, or both.
To select a filter on the Staffing page, click the blue Filters button in the header, as below:
Clicking the Filters button will open a modal allowing the specification of one or more groupings. Filters can also be unselected:
