This article walks you through how to delete and restore a user in Assembled. For more information on the People page check out this article.
Deleting a user

Navigate to the People page

Locate the person you wish to delete.

Use the three dots on the right-hand side of the screen and click
Delete
. -
Here you will select one of two options:

Keep historical data: This will retain this person's past schedules, adherence, and other metrics. Schedules for this person in templates will also remain unchanged.

Delete all associated data: This option will remove all data associated with the account.

After making your selection, hit
Delete person
to complete the process.
Restoring a user
Restoring a user is only possible for users who were deleted with the Keep historical data option mentioned above.
- Click on
Filters
. - Select
Deleted
from the Agent status dropdown. ClickUpdate filters
- Locate the user you want to restore.
- Click the 3 dots and then click
Restore
. - The user will now show up under the active users.
