When connecting your Kustomer account you will be asked to provide an API key. For this API key, Kustomer will require a set of permissions.
Below is a list of the necessary API key permissions and the use case for each permission:
To sync ticket data, the key provided needs “org.user.search.read”, “org.user.conversation.read”, and “org.user.message.read” permission scopes.
To sync Agent statuses for the real-time dashboard, the key needs "org.user.read", “org.user.customer.read”, and “org.user.routing.read” permission scopes
