This is a short guide aimed at helping you get started with MaestroQA as soon as possible.
Before you connect to Assembled
- Navigate to MaestroQA API page and follow the steps listed to retrieve your API key. This is required for us to be able to connect to your MaestroQA instance to retrieve your QA data.
Connecting to Assembled
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Integration directory
- Look for the MaestroQA logo, and click “Add”
- Enter the API key that you retrieved in the earlier step.
- Click “Connect with MaestroQA”
- Once done, you should be redirected back to Settings > Teamwide integrations and you should see the word “Sync in progress”, ultimately changing to “Synced” once we complete the backfill.
Using MaestroQA
- Once you see the “Synced” indicator, it means that we’ve completed the backfill of your data, and all the MaestroQA metrics are now in Assembled.
- Navigate to the Agent Scorecard via Reports > Agent Scorecard, and you should now see a chart with your QA data.
