Filters allow you view your staffing timeline, forecasting, and reporting with greater granularity. They also help you keep your agents organized. They only filter the agents displayed and do not filter staffing needs*.
Types of filters
There are two types of filters: Sites and Teams.
Sites:
- Agents can only be a part of one Site.
- Sites are typically used to indicate the different regions/countries/cities that agents are located in.
Teams
- Agents can be a part of multiple Teams.
- Teams are typically used to distinguishing different teams and reporting structures.
*There is one exception to this rule: if you have manually uploaded requirements at the site level, staffing needs per site will be reflected in Assembled. Assembled does not provide any allocation of staffing needs/required staffing by site automatically.
Creating a new filter
- Navigate to Settings > Filters, then click either the Sites tab or the Teams tab, depending on which you would like to create.
- Click on the
+ Add site
button. - This will open up a pop up window to add your new Site.
- Option to select a parent Site.
- Click
Add site
.
Editing and deleting filters
- Navigate to Settings > Filters, then click either the Sites tab or the Teams tab, depending on which you would like to create.
- Click on the 3 dots next to the filter you want to edit and select either
Edit
orDelete
. - If you choose to delete a filter, a pop up will contain details of the number of agents effected. Select
Delete filter
to proceed with deletion.
Adding filters to users' profiles
In order to assign users to Sites and Filters you will need to add the filters to their profile. For instructions on editing users check out this article's section Editing users.
Where to use filters
You can filter by Sites and Teams in most pages in Assembled. To do so click on the Filters
button and update your filters accordingly.
