How do I find my schedule?
Select My Assembled at the top of the main navigation menu. You’ll land on your current schedule.
If you’re new to Assembled, your schedule is most likely blank — but you’ll find the details of your shifts here when they’re ready.
To find a specific day, week, or month, set the date range at the top of the page.
From there, you can:
- Check out the Channels, Site and Teams you're associated with.
- Review your completed schedules from the past.
- Look forward in time to see how you'll be scheduled in the future.
Can I link my schedule to a different calendar?
Your schedule will automatically update in Google Calendar or Zendesk if one of those connected apps are set up. Don't have access? Check with your Assembled admin to see if this option is available.
How do I change my schedule?
You might be able to change your schedule yourself in Assembled!
Every team has different policies and permissions, so check with your own team to make sure you're following the right process.
If you have access to change your own schedule:
- Visit My Assembled and navigate to the shift you'd like to update.
- In the lower right corner of the screen, select Edit schedule.
- Select the event you want to change. To add a new event on the schedule, select a time slot.
- Choose the time and add or update your event details. Add a description if you need to.
- Select Update event or Add event to add your changes.
- In the lower right corner, select the button to Save changes.
