Assembled supports exports to Google Sheets, which enables you to seamlessly export data from Assembled for analysis in Google Sheets or import your data via Google Sheets into your data warehouse with no code (Ex. Tableau, Looker, BigQuery).
Scope of functionality
We support Google Sheets exports on the following reports:
To use this functionality, select export on one of the supported reports and select the export to Google Sheets option.
Terminology (directly from Google)
Spreadsheets are comprised of Sheets, ad Spreadsheets can be put into folders
- Folder
- Spreadsheet
- Sheet
How to set up an export
- Identify a Google Drive folder or Google Sheet you would like to export to
- ⚠️ **Share that folder or sheet with cal@assembledhq.com so Assembled can write to the document (needs to be Editor permissions)**⚠️
- Provide a link to that folder or sheet in the export form below
Configuration options
There are a number of configuration options you can choose from, including the abilities to export to a Folder vs. Spreadsheet, export one-off vs. on a recurring basis, and either overwrite or append the data that exists in the destination file:
- Export to Folder
- One-off
- Assembled will create a new Spreadsheet within this folder
- Recurring
- Assembled will create a new Spreadsheet within this folder for each recurring export (e.g., daily, weekly, or whatever you indicate)
- One-off
- Export to specific Spreadsheet
- Existing sheet: indicate the name of the existing sheet to export the data to
- Overwrite: Assembled will delete whatever currently exists on the sheet, and overwrite with the data from the report
- One-off
- Recurring: Note that recurring overwrites will delete previously exported data and overwrite with the latest exported data
- Append: Assembled will add the exported data beneath whatever data currently exists in the sheet
- One-off
- Recurring: Note that recurring appended exports will continuously add more recent data to the previously exported data
- Overwrite: Assembled will delete whatever currently exists on the sheet, and overwrite with the data from the report
- New sheet: indicate the name of the new sheet you would like Assembled to create within the Spreadsheet. Note that you cannot create new Sheets on a recurring basis. This functionality allows you to create a new Sheet one time, and then you can opt to continuously export data to that newly created Sheet on a recurring basis.

Managing recurring exports
If you create a recurring export, you can manage your recurring exports on the Company settings’ Teamwide integrations page:
Click “Edit recurring exports” to expand the list of exports your company has currently set up
Here you can see the details of your sync. If you select the options for your sync, you have the ability to pause/resume or delete your sync

With this addition, is there also the ability to get more granular data? To date, the only option has been per-agent summarized for the selected timeframe, but for a recurring "last 2 weeks" export to be useful, it really needs to be per-agent-per-day, or even per-agent-per-interval.
Hi Tim Schreffler Ryan P here from Assembled. This feature is currently not available but we have made this feature request with this in mind.
