Alvaria Aspect Schedule Integration

BPOs using Aspect can integration their schedules directly with Assembled. Create an integration following the instructions at WFM Integrations and choose Alvaria as the scheduling platform.

The Assembled integration uses the 'Employee Daily Tally' report as its basis. You'll need to export the report using AutoRun

Configuring Autorun

For the report format choose 'Comma Separated File with Column Headers'

In the 'Print Options for AutoRun' choose the following

• 'Export Report Data'
• 'Show Employee ID

Choose 'override AutoRun queue's regional settings and select 'English (UK)'
