Overview
This guide walks you through logging in to Assembled Copilot for the first time. You'll learn where to find Copilot in your Zendesk interface and how to get started using it.
How to Access Copilot
Step 1: Set Up Your Assembled Account
- Find your invitation email from Assembled (subject: "Welcome to Assembled!")
- Click the invitation link
- Create your password
- Verify your email if prompted
Can’t find the invitation email? Check your spam folder. If it’s still not there, confirm with your manager or team lead that you’ve been sent an invitation.
Step 2: Log In to Zendesk
- Log in to Zendesk with your normal credentials
- Open any ticket
Step 3: Find the Assembled App
- Look for the "Assembled" section in the right sidebar
- Scroll down if you don't see it immediately
- (Recommended) Click the pin icon (📌) to keep it visible by default
Step 4: Log In to Copilot
- Click inside the Assembled app section
- When prompted, enter your Assembled credentials:
- Email: Your work email (same one that received the invitation)
- Password: The password you created in Step 1
- Click "Log In"
After your first login, you'll stay logged in automatically.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
I don't see the Assembled app in Zendesk
- Refresh your browser (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R)
- Check both the ticket sidebar and top navigation bar
- Open a different ticket
The app shows "Not Authorized" or won't let me log in
- Verify your Assembled account is active at app.assembledhq.com
- Try resetting your password using "Forgot Password"
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
My invitation link expired
- Try the password reset at app.assembledhq.com
- Ask your manager or team lead to resend the invitation
I'm logged in but nothing is loading
- Check your internet connection
- Refresh the Zendesk page
- Wait 10-15 seconds for the app to load
- Try a different browser
- Contact support@assembled.com
