This article walks you through how to deactivate, delete, or restore a person in Assembled. For more information on the People page check out this article.
Deactivating a person
Deactivated people will no longer be staffable, however their historical data (e.g., staffing info, past schedules, adherence metrics, etc.) will be preserved. You can restore deactivated people at any time from the People page. Schedules for this person in Templates will also remain unchanged.

Navigate to the People page

Locate the person you wish to deactivate.

Click the three-dot icon to the right of the user's name and select
Deactivate
from the actions menu.
Deleting a person
All data associated with person you delete, including staffing info, past schedules, adherence metrics, etc., will be permanently deleted. You can't undo this action.

Navigate to the People page

Locate the person you wish to delete.

Click the three-dot icon to the right of the user's name and select
Delete
from the actions menu.
Restoring a person
Restoring a user is only possible for users who were deactivated.
- Navigate to the People page
- Click on the
Agent status
filter and select theDeactivated
option
- Locate the person you wish to restore.
- Click the three-dot icon to the right of the user's name and select
Restore
from the actions menu.
