Note: this article details instructions for how to install the Assembled App to use for Copilot in the Salesforce Service Cloud. If you're looking to install the app for schedules, follow the instructions here instead
- Install the Assembled app from Salesforce AppExchange. If you already have the app installed for scheduling purposes, skip to step 2 to further update the fields
- When prompted, install for all users
- Select the environment you're installing the app for (production, sandbox, etc)
- If prompted for an installation key, input

In your salesforce org, navigate to
Setup→Trusted URLs. Click on theNew Trusted URLbutton.Ensure the following settings are set:
API Name: ***Assembled*** URL: ***<https://app.assembledhq.com>*** Active: ***checked*** CSP Context: ***All*** CSP directives connect-src (scripts) - ***check*** font-src (fonts) - ***check*** frame-src (iframe content) - ***check*** img-src (images) - ***check*** media-src (audio and video) - ***check*** style-src (stylesheets) - ***check***

Go to the page where you'd like to embed the Copilot app (e.g., under your service cloud → Cases). Open settings → Edit page

Under components, look for "AssembledAssist" under "Custom - Managed". Drag and drop to your desired sidebar (top right side is recommended).
You should see the Copilot app show up with a login screen. Save the page.

Go back to the case page and login to Assembled. Once logged in, the copilot app should appear and is ready to use
- You can embed the same way to your live messaging pages as well
