What’s new?
We built a mobile-friendly experience just for you and your coworkers. It has all the features you care about, like your schedule and time off. We also took out everything you don’t need.
This new version of Assembled is always available — whether you're at work, at home, or on the go.
How do I find the mobile view?
First, grab your mobile phone. You can try this on a laptop or desktop computer too, but it works best on a smaller screen.
Next, follow these steps:
- Open your phone’s web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or whatever you normally use).
- Visit app.assembled.com.
- If you’re already signed in on your phone, you should see the new home page right away. If you haven’t signed in yet, sign in with your normal Assembled credentials and we’ll redirect you.
You can also follow these steps:
- Sign in to Assembled.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the main navigation.
- Select Mobile view.
What can I do in the mobile view?
You can:
- Check your daily and weekly schedule.
- Submit, view, and edit time off requests.
- Submit and manage shift swaps.
- Make requests to change your schedule.
- Sign up for extra work or voluntary time off.
- Check your scores.
You might notice that some options, like dark mode, aren't available yet. Don't worry, we're still building them!
Will my schedule be up to date?
Yes! The mobile view will update automatically, so you can see what's new. You can check your full schedule for the day or week — or just keep an eye on the home page to see what's next on your schedule.
Can I still use the default Assembled view?
Definitely. Select the Default view icon at the top of the screen to go back to the standard desktop experience. You can switch between views at any time.
