What does Assembled do?
Assembled helps your team work more efficiently. We can manage your shift schedules, help you keep track of your own shifts and performance, and even support you as you talk to customers.
Your manager or team lead can use Assembled to:
- Create a schedule for the whole team — or many teams at once.
- Forecast how many cases they might have today or how many people need to be on shift next week.
- Monitor volume, check customer satisfaction, and look at how teams are doing.
- Manage changes to schedules and coordinate time off and shift swap requests.
- Set up AI tools to help you work faster by pulling up the right knowledge, drafting helpful replies, and suggesting the next steps in a case.
- Set up AI agents to help customers, so you can focus on the complicated stuff that only a human can handle.
How do I get an Assembled account?
When it's time for you to sign up for an Assembled account, you’ll get an email invite from your manager or team admin.

- Select the link in the email, and select Create account.
- Add your personal details, if your manager hasn’t already added them.

How do I find my schedule?
Select My Assembled at the top of the main navigation menu. You’ll land on your current schedule.
If you’re new to Assembled, your schedule is most likely blank — but you’ll find the details of your shifts here when they’re ready.
To find a specific day, week, or month, set the date range at the top of the page.
How do I change my schedule?
To change your schedule, you have four options. You can:
- Update your own schedule, if you have access. Find out how it works.
- Request time off. Learn how.
- Request schedule changes. Here’s a guide.
- Ask someone to swap shifts. Get the details.
Where can I find my scores?
Your personal performance scores are available on your scorecard. To find it, select My Assembled from the main navigation and then select My scorecard in the top right corner of the page.
Don’t have access to a score you’re looking for? Check in with your manager or team lead — they may be able to help you get access.
How do I change my settings?
You can update your preferences like color theme, time zone, and personal details in the Configure section. Learn more about what you can change.
