Assembled connects with the tools your support team already uses, so you can manage your workforce without switching platforms. This article covers every out-of-the-box integration available, what each one does, and how to get started. If you need to connect a platform that isn't listed here, you can also build a custom integration using the Assembled API.
What does "out-of-the-box" mean?
When Assembled describes an integration as out-of-the-box, it means:
- Assembled built it: we own the code and the connection.
- Assembled maintains it: we monitor it continuously and fix issues proactively across all customers using it.
- It's fast to set up: in most cases, you just enter admin credentials or an API key and data starts flowing immediately.
